Direct your gift with a donor-advised fund
Utah Wildlife in Need wants you to have flexibility in determining how your gift is allocated. That is why we encourage you to consider a donor-advised fund. With this giving option, any cash or property you donate will go into a charitable fund administered by UWIN. Grants from this fund are allocated to UWIN projects.

As a donor, you can recommend certain grant allocations and choose successors to advise on the fund in the future. The fund may carry your name or that of your family, company, or someone you wish to honor. With a donor-advised fund, you can play an active role in grant-making without incurring the paperwork, taxes and administrative expenses of maintaining a private foundation.

Your donor-advised fund can be endowed to support a project or species in perpetuity, or you can create a non-endowed donor-advised fund where the full gift is expended over an agreed-upon timeframe.
